I try to keep away from potatoes, pasta and flour as much as possible to help with the middle age spread. I do treat myself on occasion and this helps me keep on track. This means I have to take large quantities of calcium and vitamin D twice daily in tablet form. Does the raised ferritin have an effect on calcium levels?
